Description
CLAY TRUMBULL
Though written over 100 years ago this little book has much to commend it to present-day parents. H. Clay Trumbull (1830-1903) was an American Congregationalist minister who campaigned for Sunday Schools for children. This work represents his mature reflections on his experiences in handling children being first published in 1890, when he was 60 years of age. Spiritual issues are given due emphasis and so much sound common sense is to be found here that parents dismayed by modern approaches will appreciate its tone and counsel.
