Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you have changed your mind about an item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you have received a defective item: Please let us know as soon as possible if your have received damaged goods. We try our best not to dispatch anything that is damaged, but sometimes there are publisher errors that we do not notice.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift vouchers
- DVDs
- Sale items
- Damaged items bought at a discount because of the damage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. If you require a refund, then banking details need to be supplied. We can do credit cards refunds in-store only.
